SHIPPING INFO
Codes for FREE SHIPPING (no tracking):
"FREESHIPSG" for Singapore order above SGD$20
"FREESHIPINTL" for international orders above SGD$25
We offer normal mail (no tracking) and standard mail (with tracking). If you do not opt for tracking, your order may be lost during shipping. International customers are strongly advised to opt for tracked mail.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or delivered to the wrong addresses, and do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, in the event that your package doesn't arrive within 3 months, please drop us a DM and we will try to work something out with you!
when will my order arrive?
All orders will be shipped via airmail from Singapore. Estimated delivery times:
Singapore: 2-5 working days
International: 2-5 weeks, depending on your region
* due to Covid-19, please understand that there may be shipping delays
PRODUCT INFO
All full size sticker sheets are 17.8x7.5cm and the number of stickers per sheet differs based on the designs. Please refer to images attached to individual listings.
All sticker sheets are printed on Weatherproof Matte label papers from Online Labels.
All of our designs are hand drawn on the Procreate App!
